Let ReKlame Health be the launchpad for your career!
Sixty million adults in the U.S. experience mental health challenges, and many still can’t access care. Opioid overdose remains a leading cause of death for people under 50. ReKlame Health is a Nurse Practitioner–led virtual behavioral health and addiction care organization built to expand access—and to invest in clinicians through mentorship and structured training.
What is the NP Fellowship Experience?
The ReKlame Health NP Fellowship Experience is a 12-month, immersive clinical training year designed to support the transition from graduate training to confident, independent practice. Fellows step into real clinical work while receiving close mentorship, weekly didactics, protected learning time, and structured feedback.
What you’ll gain hands-on exposure to
- Treating SMI (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, complex co-occurring conditions)
- Addiction care and evidence-based SUD treatment
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) (including buprenorphine, AUD pharmacotherapy, harm reduction)
- High-acuity outpatient telepsychiatry
- Trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
- Evidence-based psychopharmacology and clinical risk management
