Q: Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we do. Our Care Team consists of Care Navigators and Medical Billing Specialists who will assist you with understanding your insurance and mental health coverage. We accept the following carriers: Aetna Cigna Empire Bluecross Blueshield Optum Oscar Oxford UnitedHealthcare UMR Harvard Pilgrim WellFleet plans (only certain plans) If your insurance isn't on this list, there are options! We can provide a superbill for out-of-network claims . This could potentially reimburse you 50-80% post-deductible, typically within 4-6 weeks. Utilize your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to manage treatment costs and medication expenses, including possible coverage of insurance premiums.
