How it works
A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner manages psychiatric medication management. At ReKlame, your Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner can make clinical diagnoses and prescribe medication to safely and effectively provide treatment.
This is different from therapy, which is more about talking through your feelings with a therapist to learn better ways to cope. So, they both help your mental health, but in different ways: one with medicine, the other with conversation. We currently do not offer therapy at ReKlame.
Telehealth is like FaceTiming with your doctor; it’s an easy way to get healthcare online, right from the comfort of your home. We’re fully a telehealth clinic, meaning all our services are online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
Psychiatric medication management is when a psychiatric nurse practitioner ensures your mental health medications are safe and effective. They assess your needs, prescribe medication, check how you’re doing, and adjust as needed.
How is it different from therapy?
Therapy is talking through thoughts and feelings with a mental health professional to learn coping skills.

Our care
At ReKlame, our team of psychiatric nurse practitioners has got you covered. Each of us is skilled in different areas. To find the perfect fit for you, just check out our ‘Meet the Team’ page and book an appointment with the clinician who feels right for you.
At ReKlame, your Care Team is made up of a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) and a Care Navigator who will guide you through the end to end journey.
Your Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner makes clinical diagnoses and prescribes medication to provide safe and effective treatment.
Your Care Navigator is like your personal healthcare guide. They're there to make your healthcare experience as easy and stress-free as possible. They help you navigate through your journey, from scheduling appointments to connecting you with helpful resources.
Our care navigators message you via Spruce, where you connect to your provider. From there, you meet and discuss treatment options. Our providers and care navigators seamlessly work together to get prescriptions to a pharmacy that is as close and convenient to you as possible.
Spruce is a HIPAA-compliant healthcare messaging platform used so that you can securely communicate between providers and patients. It is where you meet with your provider during your appointment.
After you’ve established care with us, the completion of forms such as disability, school/work accommodations, FMLA, or others may be possible. Please note, it’s up to your provider’s discretion and these forms are not completed during the first visit. We’re here to support you in every way we can!
Addiction care
Yes. ReKlame is able to help its clients who have concerns with chemical addictions (e.g. opioids, alcohol, methamphetamines). We believe in a harm reduction, integrative approach to treatment, so you can regain control of your life with consistent, holistic medical care.
MAT is an evidence-based approach to treating substance use disorders, designed to support harm reduction and long-term recovery. It combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies for a comprehensive care model.
At ReKlame, we focus on medication management, which is prescribing and monitoring medications that help reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, and support physical stability. While we do not provide in-house counseling services, we can collaborate with your existing care team or refer you to trusted therapy resources to ensure you receive complete support.
We prescribe brand-name medications for buprenorphine and naloxone, including Suboxone and Zubsolv, to support individuals in their recovery journey. Suboxone is available as a tablet, while Zubsolv comes in a film form that dissolves under the tongue.
Another commonly prescribed medication is naltrexone, which plays a key role in helping to prevent relapse by blocking the effects of opioids and alcohol. These medications are designed to help you feel physically well and stay focused on your recovery goals.
Buprenorphine is the first medication used as part of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder. It helps reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms while supporting long-term recovery.
One of the key advantages of buprenorphine is accessibility. Because it can be prescribed in an outpatient setting it is a convenient option.

Suboxone is a combination medication that contains buprenorphine and naloxone in order to help manage opioid use disorder. As a partial opioid agonist, it interacts with the brain’s Mu receptors, which are the same receptors that traditional opioids target, but in a controlled way. This means Suboxone can help reduce cravings and alleviate withdrawal symptoms without producing the intense “high” associated with opioids. At a therapeutic dose, it allows you to feel balanced and physically well and supports your journey toward recovery.

Naltrexone is a medication that supports recovery from opioid use disorder (OUD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD). It works by blocking the effects of opioids and reducing the rewarding sensations associated with alcohol use. It is often used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan that includes other forms of care to help individuals maintain long-term recovery.
At ReKlame, we prescribe Naltrexone only in pill form, taken daily, primarily for alcohol use disorder (AUD).

Our telehealth model is completely at-home and outpatient. Our providers emphasize continuous, ongoing medication management in their approach to addiction. Recovery and treatment should be as convenient and accessible as possible, and this is reflected in our telehealth approach to treatment.
