Yes. We currently accept UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, United Medical Resources [UMR], Harvard Pilgrim, Cigna, Aetna, and certain WellFleet plans. We will also provide a superbill for any out-of-network (OON) insurance providers. To find out more about processing insurance and ReKlame’s payment options go here
Currently, we do not accept these kinds of plans; however, we do provide competitive rates for out-of-pocket visits. We can also guide you on using your HSA or FSA for your mental health care treatment. To find out more, go here.
Even if we don’t accept your insurance, there is still a possibility that you can get coverage. In these cases, you can pay out-of-pocket at the time of the visit, and our team will provide a “superbill” that you can give to your insurer for reimbursement. Generally, clients received a 50-80% reimbursement, after the deductible is met. To learn more about processing payments, go to our pricing & insurance page.

Yes. Our client navigator will guide you through your whole experience with ReKlame, and that includes payment. A ReKlame navigator will go over your personalized treatment plan and help you with processing your insurance forms. Our aim is to make your experience as smooth as possible.

ReKlame requires at least 48-hour notice for appointment cancellations.
In order to improve accessibility to mental health care, ReKlame is a 100% telehealth clinic. Clients meet with their provider online through SPRUCE, our HIPAA compliant and completely secure, telehealth system, allowing them to receive effective care from the comfort of their own home or another desired safe space.
An initial session with a Nurse Practitioner will take about 45 to 60 minutes, and follow-up sessions will be around 15 to 20 minutes. The frequency of the visit will depend on your individual needs.
During the first appointment, your clinician will spend time getting to know you, your mental health, medical history, and concerns you may have, and anything else you feel is important for us to know. We believe in a non-judgmental, stigma-free zone, so please consider this a free space to ask questions and be completely honest. Following this appointment, you will receive your personalized treatment plan that will help you start your journey toward better mental health.
No matter the mental health issue a person may be struggling with, each person is unique and requires specialized treatment suited to their needs. Psychiatric nurse practitioners are advanced practice nurses with experience and training allowing them to make clinical diagnoses, interpret lab results, prescribe medication, and provide supportive therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. “Psychiatric” service refers to their expertise in evaluating mental health conditions and prescribing medication in alignment with a client’s values and needs.
Yes. ReKlame is able to help its clients who have concerns with chemical addictions (e.g. opioids, alcohol, methamphetamines). We believe in a harm reduction, integrative approach to treatment, so you can regain control of your life with consistent, holistic medical care.
Buprenorphine is a medication used to treat opioid dependency as medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Buprenorphine offers several benefits to those with opioid dependency and to others for whom treatment in a methadone clinic is not appropriate or is less convenient.
